Patricia Graham, assistant professor of nursing education at Morningside College, recently authored a chapter in a medical-surgical nursing textbook.
For the Black & Hawks textbook “Medical-Surgical Nursing, 8th Edition,” Graham wrote the chapter called “Management of Clients with Degenerative Neurological Disorders.” The textbook was published in March 2008.
Graham graduated from the College of Saint Mary in Omaha, Neb., in May with a doctorate in education/health professions education. She has a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the College of Saint Mary and a master’s degree in nursing with an emphasis in health systems and community health from the University of Nebraska-Omaha.
Graham has been at Morningside since August 2005. She was previously a member of the faculty at College of Saint Mary, where she served as instructor, course coordinator and academic advisor in the associate degree nursing program.
